Corvallis Community Transit Experience Strategy
Using branding, community engagement, and digital experiences to encourage public transit adoption.
Project Summary
This service design project challenged our team to improve the customer experience surrounding public transportation in Corvallis. By combining research, branding, marketing, accessibility, and digital product concepts, we developed a strategic proposal that encouraged community engagement while making transit more convenient and rewarding.
